Southland Business Chamber, Great South and COIN South are excited to partner together for the upcoming Tech Week 2023 from 13th May to 20th May. The week will celebrate technology including AI, virtual reality, and exciting digital development in the south.
Nikki Dermody, Marketing and Events Manager of COIN South, said “Tech week provides the perfect opportunity to see some of the epic mahi happening in the tech and innovation sector both locally and nationally.
The sector continues to move at a rapid pace, and it's important that startups and established businesses understand future trends and capabilities that can help their businesses. AI is a good example of this, as this technology gains traction it is important for us to understand the many ways that it can improve and fast track some of the work we already do to free up time for more important tasks.”

Techweek is a nationwide festival, showcasing and celebrating New Zealand innovation with a mix of live, virtual and hybrid events. TechweekTV will also be featuring a series of live, online video sessions broadcasting with interactive panel discussions and presentations giving access to the brightest tech minds in Aotearoa New Zealand. COIN South will be hosting two live streams at the new Southland Chamber and COIN South hub, 25 Don Street.
