What is Nail It?
Nail It is a three month programme tailored just for you.
This course is about setting meaningful measurable goals, and achieving these with the help of connections and practical resources available through COIN South.
We’ll discuss what your immediate needs are, and design a programme made specifically to help you overcome each of these challenges. This hands-on support lasts up to 3 months.
During the course we work intensively with your wider team (including accountants and advisors) to get the company into the best shape possible. For most startups, better shape translates into two things: to have a better product with more users, and to make more revenue.
What it looks like.
Whatever you need to move the needle, when you need it.
How this programme looks is up to you. All we expect of you is to work as hard as you can on moving that needle during your three months. You’ll be assigned a mentor to help keep you accountable, and will have access to our experts and other mentors.
Office hours.
Book time when you need it.
Individual conversations with the participants happen during office hours they book online. These can be 1:1, over the phone or with wider team members (accountants, lawyers etc). What we talk about at office hours depends on the participants, the stage they’re at as a start up and where we are in the course. Usually we talk about whatever is the most urgent question right now.
How do I apply?
Acceptance into Nail It is by invitation, talk to our team to register your interest.
We have a rolling admission process and assess applications for our courses in our monthly committee meetings. We accept applications any time throughout the year when we have space, so you can apply when you’re ready.
