Thank you for joining us for GROW IT: our first-ever Virtual Food Fest. This last minute pivot away from our planned Prove It course with speakers flown from around the country and local founders - to a five day open invite Zui Summit was inspiring, thought-provoking, (hopefully) gamechanging, and (as it turns out), necessary. I want to thank you all for taking part, for sharing your stories and questioning everything. As Morgan Maw from Boring Milk said “The big companies won’t innovate, they’ll be fast followers. It’s up to us - the startups - to change things and lead the way.”
